I like your narrative, laid off and launched. I went through being let go over twenty-five years ago and launched my own company. I didn't realize I had the desire, gifts, and vision to be a successful entrepreneur until I was let go by the company. It was a blessing in disguise.
I encourage everyone to realize that "you did not lose your job, you gained your freedom. This is a time for you to reflect and chart a new course for your future with passion and purpose.
As someone who has been laid off 3 times in my 20+ years of being in the fashion industry (and have found a meaningful next step each time), I'd love to be considered for a future interview! This is such a great idea and the content truly gives people hope and a new perspective during a difficult time.
